Shipping Info
Orders are shipped via the delivery service of your choice. We try to ship orders within 24 hours of receiving them, but unfortunately, that isn't always the case. In some circumstances, it may take as many as three days for us to process and complete your order. If your order will be delayed more than three days, we'll let you know via email as soon as possible, and give you the option of waiting or canceling.
Returns
We are happy to accept your product for exchange or return. Returns are accepted for 14 days from the date of shipment (the day the item leaves our facility), and you must request an RMA # from us before returning the product. Anything received for return to us without an RMA # will be returned to you, at your cost, without being opened.
Returns within the 14 day period are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and we do not refund shipping expenses. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, and it must be via a service that provides both Delivery Tracking/Confirmation and Insurance for the full value of the item.
